good morning wishes Monday August 29th 2020 the reminders about activities coming up this Wednesday is our back to school night at 5:30 hopefully it'll cool off relaxing and fun evening on Friday first thing in the morning as our picture day we also have a visit from call at Ventura College they're coming to talk to all of his classes and her student of the month on Monday there is no school it'll be a short 40 week which is good because it's going to be extra hot on Monday speaking of whether we can look forward to some really hot days coming up today will actually be the coolest the rest of the week wearing all black big sweaters and pants is probably not the best idea so make sure you are wearing clothes that you can cool off quickly we're going to head to the 31st or back to school night we will be there at 5:30 at 6 there will be most of your teachers are probably going to give you extra credit by being here and bring your family so make sure you plan on coming this week we are working and I ready your scores tell us how much progress you're making each quarter so when we look at our scores this quarter were comparing it to what at the end of last school year are below the 9th grade level prizes include gift cards to different restaurants and places around town as well as special privileges like lunch with find a restaurant during tutorial are already schedule is that Monday and Tuesday we're taking the reading test during. One on Wednesday and Thursday were taking the math test during. 2 Friday anybody was not finished will be testing the whole day until the test is done if you're fighting yourself just clicking through or giving up on your assignment please take a 2 minute brain break look around the room stretch your eyes fingers and toes and then get back refreshed please do not just give up or not even try it is very important that you put your effort into that your Monday morning thoughts set the tone for a whole week to yourself getting stronger and living a fully a feeling happier and healthier life Warriors let's be strong today have a
