good morning where is Happy Tuesday May 23rd I cannot believe there is just 11 days left of school time is flying by here's what's coming up for the rest of our time here in school this quarter we have i-Ready this we have a Dungeons & Dragons game on Wednesday morning formation in the future side cap and gowns will be destroyed on Thursday and on Friday will be the Mountain Vista field day and the last day for missing work so this is your week to get any makeup work done teacher you do not have to take any of your makeup work after this week so make sure you're touching bases with them now to find out what you need to do and they will let you know what's where to focus your time and attention so you can bring your grades up cuz if you remember you have to have a toupee note across that stage and your cumulative GPA so be working on that right now we also have next week cap and gown Summerdale School graduation we have a Sierra Field Day come in a special thanks to some elementary teachers to go visit them and say thank you we will have a graduation dress rehearsal on the 6th and on the seventh is the second of Phil day and our rest of her students will be having game day in classrooms and some activities in their classrooms followed by graduate last day of school of your last day of barbecue and awards ceremony Dungeons & Dragons game night is on Wednesday if you've ever wanted to learn how to play and you're interested just figuring out what this game is all about we will be having an event from 2:30 to 5:30 tomorrow evening there will be pizza and junk food it's just some good silly fun please let me know if you want to join and I'll make sure we have a character ready for you to play the game caps and gowns will be distributed on Thursday we were going to make sure that they fit so it is a trying on wedding day do not when you get them Gina iron then they have to be steamed if you have no way of steaming them from home a couple of suggestions hang them in your bathroom while everybody takes showers and we will have a steamer available the day before graduation can help you then you are not allowed to alter the if they do not work out something is wrong with them bring them back we don't have access but we might be able to swap them out for something that somebody else did not need or use caps cannot have any extra decorations autism last year a student decorated it with glue and I ruined it and we had nothing to replace them and they had to order their own online the plain black black caps will be allowed during our ceremony also if you're gay or stole it must follow School dress code that mean you cannot have anything in a pro that we would not allowed on a normal day no gang-related a tire no swear words that is sexually explicit and nothing that released or drugs or alcohol or violence as Mission filters are coming up Mountain Vistas on I didn't say I was going to be on June 7th mrs. Heather's going to pass out some field trip forms today at lunch we can only take nine students on these days and those students must have all A's and B's currently not be behind in the first 9 to turn in their Farm will be the ones that get to go but you also need to have I already done so you want to make sure you get I already completed you can only go to one of the field trips not both of them so you'll know which one you want to go to senior dinner is on Friday work cited for senior Sunset so you're going to arrive at your high school at 4 p.m. the bus leaves at 4:15 so we can make it to dinner at 5 p.m. the bus will not wait for you and you may not drive yourself so if you miss that bus right you don't get to go and we have had students of that is affected before please follow School dress code policies he may not have any Daniel Tire you may not have anything that's too showing on your body accordingly as well as no drugs violence sexual innuendos anything like that it is a nice venue so dress accordingly we plan on going to the beach afterwards it does get cold and Misty in that area it's planning the supposed to be 55° at the beach that night it'll be missed you as well so your hair will get a little bit wet as we are at the dinner we're going to eat as a large group in Spain time together it is outside but they do have heaters listed under by the way this dinner is provided from a wonderful donation group who will be present so plan on being extra thankful as well as very a professional appropriate while you're around then we want to make sure that they continue support us they do a lot for the community Fillmore and we want them to continue to want to do things for a film are especially for Sierra High School and Heritage Valley after the dinner will get on the bus and go to the Ventura Pier Beach there's some playground equipment will throw a foot all around if the pier is open or lock on to the pier to watch the sunset but if it's not open will stay on the beach and watch the sunset from their sign starts at 8 p.m. after the sun has set and we've had our moments we will load the bus shortly after or at around 8:30 a.m. back to Fillmore at 9 cap and gown portraits this is something new mrs. Henry is paying for a professional photographer to come do quick cap and gown portraits it's not a full session is going to be two or three headshots it'll be here at Sierra on May 30th between 24245 and 4:45 you're getting your specific time on a flyer today if you do not get your portraits taken at this time plan on doing a retake in the office with the cellphone yep you're right that's because Auntie have your picture on the slideshow so it's probably better if you get professional picture this is free you're going to get one print printed for you for free and the Total Image is to be used during the ceremony and yearbook you will get a link to purchase more of them the same photographer edit photos throughout our graduation event and you'll have an opportunity to buy any pictures you want from the event they are going to be beautiful she does a wonderful job volunteers are needed if you're interested in helping out or need something to do in one evening I need some volunteers to help Pass Out programs and serve food from the buffet line and clean up afterwards The Adult School graduation will be here in our quad we just want to make sure that we can have a smooth running event so if you're interested let me know alright Warriors have a Tuesday there's just two more of them to go
